Thread: What's the Hlliest Part of the Metro?

  1. #1

Default What's the Hlliest Part of the Metro?

So if I wanted to see some really big hills here in the OKC area, where would I go?

    Northeast Edmond maybe?

If you're biking though, be prepared for a lot of angry car drivers. There are no shoulders over there and nowhere for the drivers to pass you.

The best biking workout, IMHO is still lake Hefner. That wind makes it a beeotch. Especially on a day like this.

East of Norman around Lake Thunderbird. For more serious hills keep heading east around Lake Eufaula or head south to the Arbuckles.

Errrr....try the east side of the Metro in Far east MWC, Choctaw, SE OKC. Those are some hills.

  5. Default Re: What's the Hlliest Part of the Metro?

Most of east Edmond towards Arcadia and Luther, around the Deep Fork valley.
