    Tulsa was not the only city new to the top 10. Albuquerque, N.M.; Wichita, Kan.; and Oklahoma City also made the list.

    Oklahoma City was 10th in the rankings. While there may be a rivalry between the cities, Taylor said Tulsa and Oklahoma City work together to form the twin engines of the state's economic development efforts.

    Neal said for "Oklahoma to have two cities in the Top Ten is extraordinary for our state."

    Way to go, Oklahoma. I hope the state doesn't fill up, though.

    the study does not measure job quality or stability
    IMO, leaving out those two factors really diminishes the relevancy and even the usefulness of the list. Is it saying that these are the best markets for jobs if you don't care how good the job is or about keeping that job?

    Yeah it just means jobs in general, the list would be different if they were broken down by services, manufacturing, white collar, etc.
