What's going in at May and S.W. 119th?

Just curious if anybody knew what was being built across from Earlywine park. Next to the Sonic? The sign says that construction is by K&K Construction Company. But I can't seem to find anything online about them. Any information would be most appreciated.

are you talking about next to st. andrew's church? or on the other side?

if I am not mistaken (which I probably am) the church owned most of that land and are probably expanding (used to go there, but not since 01)

I drive down there often to go to my parents house and I'll make a mental note to check it out next time

On the other side. Between Sonic and the Storage Unit place. You're right the church did own that land but I guess they sold it. Cause I goto that church and haven't heard them mention anything about expanding. I sure hope it's some sort of eating place like a Arby's....

Luxury car wash?

No, the carwash is going up (and is probably 75% complete) on the north side of SW 104th, just west of Penn

What's a "luxury" car wash? Do they wash your car with Evian or something?

Well I don't know what stores will be going in. But found out this will be a mini-strip shopping area. Hmmm....Very Interesting to see what happens next.
