    Thanks for the link. I think the publicity for OKC is mostly negative, implying in effect that only natives would want to live here even if the rents are low. But never mind. We know what we have!

    I agree with the article

With rents rising radically across the U.S., native residents of Oklahoma City, who make a median of $22,924 annually, are probably just fine with that. "

    Yep, just fine with that. You can keep NYC and San Fran.
