Best Custom T-shirt Printer

Who's the best custom t-shirt printer in the metro? Can they do small orders? Can they do just the printing on customer-provided shirts (or do they provide a large variety of sizes)?

I've always liked USA Screen Printing & Embroidery. They are quite large, on S. Meridian by the Airport and do tons of stuff for churches and OU/OSU.

I've also used an outfit in Norman - Hard Edge - I think. Better price, but kinda out of my way.

I know some folks who swear by Hard edge (north flood in Norman.) for myself, when I had a need for small order silk screening, my fav folks are Design graphics in Norman (on Broce Dr, west of I-35 and south of Tecumseh) and Debbi-Do Embrodiery and silk screening in Minco
