Seeing some signs of future construction in this area. Anyone know what's going in here?

I know that at one time a Walmart Market was slated for that location on the NW corner but don't know what happened to that

What corner are you referring to? I live on that corner and don't see any signs of construction. Only signs saying the land is available.
