  1. Question Casino or Regional Power Zone

No too long ago there was a thread that mentioned there being a possible casino location on the Riverwalk in Moore. The west side of I-35 already has Kohls, Gordmans etc. and is possibly also getting a La Quinta Inn and a hospital. On the east side of the freeway there hasn't been much done aside from a Waffle House and a Popeyes Chicken. I was looking for some office space to lease and came across this listing. It was described to me as a Retail Power Center. Has anyone heard of any possible tenants for this? I was interested in space for a digital recording facility but the owner is not interested. They said that they are working retail. I hope that they start construction soon. Also, what about the casino? Could they even do that since it's not Native American land (as far as I know.)
    Here's a pic.

Honestly, I would say the chance of a casino there is slim to none. Anyways, I haven't heard about this new development, but it souns exciting. I hope it comes to fruition.

Oops. I used my step-mothers log in instead of my own. Sorry about that.

I wish they could build a casino on that stretch. More tourist dollars. However, as the law is now, I doubt it. The tribes would have to buy the land, then build.

The positive side is the fact a lot of cities in the united states have really bad casinos. Deadwood, South Dakota is an example. It almost reminds me of an adult video store the way it looks inside. Many rooms, all small.
