People who represent themselves have a bad reputation. First, it means they’re either too cheap to pay an attorney, or they think they can do a better job than an attorney. Neither of these traits endear these folks to attorneys. If they do end up hiring a lawyer, they are notoriously difficult clients, second-guessing everything their lawyer says or does and then getting angry that it costs so much, or that it isn’t like they saw on TV.

They generally don’t understand the law, but they think they do, and when a judge rules against them they get mad. They will miss any legal issue that has any degree of subtlety, and they’ve spent so much time convincing themselves that their argument is sound, that they come to the conclusion that the judge must be biased. Good luck convincing them that they blew whatever shot they had because they don’t know what they’re doing.

So, no. Nobody here is going to represent her.

Look Dude, I'm certainly not going to argue the merits of my cases or try to convince you of anything. I don’t know what to say if you claimed you’ve read most of my pleadings other than you have way too much time on your hands to be concerned about me. I know how long my dockets are in all 3 of my cases and I doubt very seriously if you read everything you claim. I do know I could’ve saved you a bunch of time directing you to 3-12-18 McGuire’s amended vol. 4a appendix explaining level of corruption McGuire committed beginning 4-1-15.

I had an attorneys, who are my friends, during all of my divorce who couldn't enforce Orders either; Carl was Ordered in both T.O. and Final Orders to pay for my house and my vehicle refusing to do so from the get go. I lost my son to alienation when Carl was Pro Se when I had counsel, so there's a hell of a lot more going on than meets the eye than just by looking at the docket.

Are you talking about Bret Glenn being such a bang up attorney? I paid him 3500.00 and within a month he bailed after (1) hearing in front of McGuire and (2) in front of Timmons cuz he didn’t believe me when I hired him McGuire was blocking both sets of Orders; so I’m not a big fan of him taking my money and running unable to do the job.

It’s a bit comical that you think because I’m not an attorney I’m unable to comprehend how to draft and file contempt information, set it on the docket, have Judge sign Contempt Citation and arraign Carl and have a trial. I can tell your one of those people who think Pro Se are illiterate and cannot possibly understand Statutes, case law or civil rules of procedure just because we do not hold a law degree. I promise you none of those are hard to understand; you guys don’t have some harry potter secret key code with only you guys can unlock the secrets of our Laws, Rules and procedure like some of you think you do.

Nah, I’m pretty sure Truong would sue me if it wasn’t true what I’ve said and it wouldn’t be for money either. She’s pretty upset about it and continues to this day to threaten to sue me, along with harassed me 3 times over my protest. As a sitting Judge she sat in front of the courthouse after work one day stalking me and recording me for 1 ½ hours.

You seemed to miss the point that I watched Truong and Henderson for 4 months in his court carry on like neither were married, nor Judges. Multi attorneys and courthouse people have confirmed Truong banging attorneys. Yes, there is something horribly wrong with judges screwing each other or attorneys called moral turpitude. 1. Judges take an Oath to be judicial on the bench and off. 2. Truong and Henderson were married and not to each other. 3. It affects the outcome of justice when Judges are banging attorneys who litigate in their courts.

It is my God given Right to say anything I want to about Natalie Mai or any thing else that I believe is true. So per your Oath you support my right to Freedom of Speech just as long as I don't say something you don't like, then I'm wrong? Is that about right? Mai doesn’t even live in OK CO dude, but that was ok with you that now she's one of our Judges.

If I don’t want non american born Asians controlling my government after Japanese bombed pearl harbor dragging the U.S. into WWII, where both my grandfathers fought to protect their future granddaughters rights to freedom, with one giving his life for, then guess what? They gave me the right to do that by their bravery, blood and loss of life. Also, Vietnam was a pointless senseless 19 year bull**** war we shouldn’t have even been in the middle of. Which your Oath removes your right to harass me over that I reminded you of, yet here you are still are going on about it when your comments should have ended.

Since you obviously don’t honor your Oath, then you’re also probably one of those attorneys that look at other people misery as a way to make a buck; there is a reason your profession is the only one who is the butt of every other joke made by self-inflicted reputation. I’m doing a page for our good Attorneys of people’s referrals so people can know before they mortgage their home or their first born child they are getting a good attorney.

Since you don’t honor your oath you’re obviously not a good attorney; let me enlighten you and tell you what makes a good Attorney.

(1) They Honor their Oath;
(2) They comply with the Rules of Professional Conduct and Code of Judicial Conduct;
(3) They are ethical;
(4) They are skilled;
(5) They truly want to help people in their time of crisis; they don't look at other people’s misery as a payday.
(6) They keep our Judges checked.

You are definitely not going on my “Good Attorney Club” page. You’ve already shown you’re a bad attorney unable to honor your own Oath and are too busy harassing me. Instead you’re going to be on the page of “our Attorneys who are nothing more than paid whores-people paid to screw others”.
