Why You Shouldn't Park in Front of a Fire Hydrant

In the eighty's and ninety's, during an OU home game, I managed to park
next to a fire hydrant for many years without getting a ticket. In fact I
never ever received a ticket.

C'mon, who'd be stupid enough to start a fire during the game? Seriously?
