As we had already reported, Ted's is going in at this location.

Today there was a building permit for Hollie's Flatiron Steakhouse (another Hal Smith concept):

I would only consider Hollie's a steakhouse by name.... I find it comparable to Charleston's (Also owned by Hal Smith) or a step above Chili's/Applebee's.
