Just learned Canaan Resources (energy company) will be moving from Leadership Square and taking the entire 3rd floor of this building, along with about 1/3 of the 2nd floor.

Their plans include a small fitness center and locker room on the 3rd floor, an open stair case connecting their space between the levels, and a deck off the 2nd floor on the north side of the building.

In all, they'll be taking 15,909 square feet and will be the largest tenant in this building.

Besides space to the north and west of Broadway 10 Chophouse on the first floor, the only remaining space is 8,692 SF on the 2nd floor.

The Midtown Renaissance group will be taking about 2/3rds of the top / 4th floor of this building for their own offices.

You can also see there will be a small patio inset facing 10th.

Such a great building. And totally made by the retention/restoration of those casement windows.
