Zuplar,
I won't speak for Italy, just read what it says on the pump, don't count on anything else. I'm just lucky I didn't damage the engine, I only moved it 20 feet to park. The folks that drained my tank said that didn't hurt it. And I guess he was right, I had the car for another three weeks traveling all (and I mean "All") around the Emerald Isle and no problems.

I suggest nobody get a loan for a vehicle.
In fact I exhort you to buy a used car or truck out right, If you need a
car to get you from OKC to Memphis then rent the dame thing. It will
cost you less than a payment.
Don't go into debt. Don't go into debt. Don't go into debt.
My 1998 Chevy Suburban, with close to 190,000 miles on it is running
just fine.
If you want to save money on gas then buy, out right, a motorcycle.
I don't mean a wimp-cycle. I mean something that makes a statement.
Use your environmentally incorrect gas hog for rainy days and Monday's.
It's not like the Earth is being harmed. It's all about saving $$$$$$$!
Duh! The Earth is totally safe.
I'm tired and lazy right now but will update this thread with some new stuff later... here is some cool news from Tesla
NCE Plans Tesla Model S Coupe And Two-Door Convertible Conversions
The Tesla Model S is actually IMO one of the best looking cars out there. I think that really helps. Too bad they aren't affordable.
I know these aren't new cars and trucks, but thought this was cool
200 antique cars to be auctioned in Enid | News OK
I saw that on Hemmings a while back.

Maybe we should start an Old Car thread.
Really excited about my first car I purchased and wanted to show it here.....
2014 Fiat 500L Lounge
This is the biggest investment I've ever made and really happy about it. I also want to build my credit which is part of the reason I got this car. Had for a few hours now and so far, it is awesome!!!!!!
Congrats on your first new car purchase. Looks like you made a wise choice. Like your first love, there may be more after her but the first one always has a special place in your heart. I still remember my first brand new car. A stripped down 1986 Nissan pick up. The times that we had in that little truck.
I love those Fiats. Guy at work has a 500 Abarth, it's badass.
In other news...I REALLY like that Nissan IDX...I'm tempted to get one when they come out.
Nice looking car PluPan
PluPan, you might want to consider getting one of these for it. I added it to my wish list but will need to wait until next week to order it. I am hoping it will protect the interior and cut down on door dings in parking lots.
FIAT 500L Car Cover - Genuine FIAT - FIAT 500 Parts and Accessories
That is some serious dedication if you take the time to cover your car in that to avoid door dings. As I assume the place you get door dings is in parking lots. In which case I don't think I have ever seen someone putting a tarp over their car for anything but overnight outdoor storage.
I don't see how a thin piece of fabric would be much protection from door dings. Scratches maybe, and certainly sun fading, etc. but that would be a huge PITA to deploy each time you park somewhere. Plus everyone will think you are a pretentious douchebag for putting that on in a parking lot.
Nice car though. I bet it's fun to drive.
The 500L is pretty small on the outside. It can be covered and uncovered in like 10 seconds.
so... i'm about ready to part with my beloved tahoe. i priced a 2015 ltz and found i could get a really nice car for around that amount of money. plus, i rarely haul around people and stuff anymore, so i don't really need an suv anyway. i'm looking for a sedan that has some power under the hood and definitely something that isn't going to be in the shop all the time.
so, okctalk... what should i look at? what should i avoid? -M
For the price of a loaded out LTZ Tahoe, you could buy a damn Corvette lol.
no joke... tahoes have practically doubled in price since i bought my last one in '05. -MOriginally Posted by ogts
