Pavement Breaking Across From PetSmart

Not sure where to place this, in terms of proper topic filing, but word on the street has it that concrete parking will be broken for the beginning of the opening of a "Chipotle/Starbucks Combo" right across the street from Freebirds and just north of another Starbucks.

Does this rumor have any basis in fact?
(and what about Qdoba and the other Starbucks just south of the overpass?)
