It's just the funny little name I use for the small army of people from the site running around taking photos. Most the time they just text them to me for posting.

This is from yesterday... Doesn't look like the sign is going up but notice they've installed a lot of drywall on the upper floors.

They must have a tenant or two to take that space otherwise they wouldn't be putting in offices. Don't know who it is, however.

Looks like the sign is going up at this building right now. I will take some pictures from my office but it someone who does not have a tax deadline to deal with can go over to the building to get some pictures that would be great.

There are actually a total of four relatively large spaces for lease on the ground floor.
