I want to say thanks to OKC Talk AND especially Sooner Queen for making me aware of this place. If it hadn't been for this thread I N.E.V.E.R. would have known about the place and certainly never would have had the opportunity to enjoy it. That far North (on May) is like another world to me. And I live in The Village!!! =) Last time I was up in them parts it was still mos'ly "farm/ranchland"!

Are they the same folk who are or maybe used to be in MWC?

    Cagaoklahoma,
I have been to Venezia's on Sooner and Reno and it was very good.

They have very good food. This past Sunday after reading this thread, the wife and I went to Moni’s. It is very unassuming. I did not expect the inside to be so well done. The food was very good. Thanks OKC talk for letting me know about another great local spot.

I recommended Moni's to an actual, non-virtual, coworker today.
    Sure hope Moni's doesn't [mess-up] my street-cred. Culinary-wise wise.

It wasn't, by any chance, called something like "The Leaning Tower of Tacos" was it? =)
Frankly, "The Leaning Tower of Quesadillas" would be more a propos, I guess.
World (con)Fusion Cuisine. You gotta love it. How about "Esperanto" for a name for a place like that? =)

Are the "Custinos" available for some consulting . . . ?

(if one could figure out how to build "an Italian leaning Mexican restaurant"--that actually rotated around a vertical axis--it might help diners to feel as if they were enjoying al fresco dining on a gondola in Venice. except the sensation would be more horizontal than vertical.)

Well . . . That nails it: Enough with the imaginary stuff. Gotta try Moni's.

** Let's get a couple of things straight here, I was the person who handled 95% of everything for both Custino's restaurants. There is a lot of missing facts that no one know's about but right now I no longer associate myself with the custino's. As during the time that everything was going on I was in a relationship with the youngest Custino. If there is anyone needing consultation for anything when it comes to restaurants and bars it would be best to come to me about questions, information and consultation.

As I was the person who did the marketing, promotions, ad's, artwork, idea creations, IT management, Website Management and more for both restaurants. I am the person who was not only the main brains to both operations because without me both operations would of failed in very early stages. Both restaurants are lucky they stayed open as long as they did and I was involved with both from opening to closing of both. so if anyone has questions feel free to ask!

Moni's is, in reality, better than anything ever even imagined by Custino's.
(Even on a good imagination day.)
