Can't wait to try out the brick-n-mortar location. That's a lot of seats in close proximity in that pic. I've never patronized their truck and there been more than 4-5 other people milling around eating at lunch. We have the same taste though... We ordered the identical gun metal finished chairs - just like those in this pic - from Restoration Hardware the other day.

This looks so slick. Another home run by Midtown Renaissance group. They are on a roll.

The signage really turned out well. Are these illuminated at night?

I am going to have to vote this as my favorite building in all of downtown. Its mixed use, great curb interaction, unique design for OKC, fits the site, adds to the sense of place for the neighborhood, and the development stretched the envelope for the area at the time it was built.

Also, it's awesome adaptive reuse being a former parking garage.

Anybody know how the dry/shop is doing?

I've been inside, looks very neat, but I was wondering if they're holding up okay business wise...

I wonder how the residents up top are enjoying it now that they've been settled in? I know one of our posters here was an initial move in.

If they can hold on, there are going to be several hundred people moving in soon at the Edge, the Ambassador will be opening in a couple of months, Fassler Hall / Dust Bowl will draw hundreds plus of course there is much more to come.

I know that Wafffle Champion is KILLING IT.

Good points above about the building's presence and adaptive re-use. It really WAS a win for the area, especially if you recall what was there before.
