Perhaps the Enforcement Arm of The Oklahoma Liquor Distribution Cartel could be re-tasked with doing something worth doing? Like . . . Guarding Schools?.... They wouldn't even have to change their acronym: A Better Learning Environment.

Heavy handed ABLE enforcement might be the best way to get the liquor laws changed, it worked before in the repeal of prohibition in Oklahoma.
