Same here. I am really looking forward to this one's completion. The contrast between the classic facade's and modern glass walls will make it one of OKC's most unique buildings. Sand Ridge should be congratulated for the work on this building.

And the Kitchen no. 324 and adjacent outdoor dining patio are going to be stunning and unique spaces.

    Can't wait!

    Thanks!

I'm sure they want to get everything closed to the elements before the weather turns lousy.

These are all of the Kitchen No. 324 space and outside patio.

Note the awesome plaster work. Also, there is great marble tile going in all over the walls but my photos of that didn't turn out.

This area will be the main building lobby that faces the tower.

Good news for the Braniff Building. Bad news for the First National Center.

Yes, we had the news on the barber shop months ago when a building permit was issued:

They are just officially announcing this.

Remember when I posted stills from the videos I did of them removing the old decorative plaster? I'm really glad they're restoring that.

Looks like our concerns of them restoring the ornate plaster are put to rest.
They are doing a fantastic job of restoring it with some modern flare!

From the Kitchen No. 324 Facebook page... Look at the size of this thing!

This is actually in the space now so they are moving along.

Are you referring to the mixer or the guy standing next to it?

It's going to be a special spot: Very high ceilings, historic plaster work, great tile and general finishes, excellent concept (breakfast here will be huge) and a great outdoor dining patio all set in the soon-to-be-great Braniff Building.

The SandRidge Plaza looks fantastic from the Kitchen No. 324 perspective.

From the early renderings I was afraid this facade might not look as good as it is turning out.

I'm going to chime in and say "me too". I've never seen a building merging the old and new quite like this. Has anyone>
