Thread: Thunder-wear at Wal-mart

  1. Exclamation Thunder-wear at Wal-mart

I was visting my local Wal-Mart last night and came across some OKC Thunder t-shirts. They were priced $10.xx (add $2 for xxl and xxxl sizes).

The pics were taken with my camera phone and aren't that great of quality and/or lighting. I focused more on the design than the entire shirt, because they were just basic style tshirts, one navy and one gray. Both shirts had an official NBA tag on them, so these aren't "3rd party" type shirts.

They were decent shirts and definitely the right price. However, I could possibly see the screen printing coming off if not cared for properly when cleaning. So be careful. With that said, I've purchased OU shirts from Wal-mart with this same style of screen printing and have never had a problem with anything coming off.

I hope they get some hats soon as well.

    Here are the pics:

I'm surprised I'm not seeing more shirts out and about. In two days at the fair I ran across only two folk wearing Thunder shirts of any type. Maybe I was just at the wrong end of the grounds, but I was expecting to notice many more than i did.

I went to the fair twice this year and saw only one person wearing a Thunder shirt.

What surprised me even more was the fact that there weren't any vendors selling shirts out there, at least none that I could see. Seems like a missed opportunity to me.

I was at the Choctaw Oktoberfest and saw a few here and there. I still have to do a double take when I see someone wearing the gear.

That's not a bad price for the shirts! This coming from someone who doesn't have one yet....LOL

Speaking of gear though, has anyone been into the Edmond Crest, since they have recently opened their little OU/OSU boutique??? Man, those prices are steep.....

Nobody is wearing them because the logo is horrible. They'd be embarrased to wear such crap.
