SW 23rd PL and Council

There's excavation barriers set up, and a road grader at SW 23rd Pl and Council, across from OKC Logistics Park. This is at the entrance to Council Business Park. Any idea what might be about to be built here. It looks like it's a couple acres of land that's barriered off.

Building permits are just for grading but mentions a 42,000 SF warehouse just north of the entrance and another 57,000 SF warehouse north of that.

I suspect this will be space for lease.
