Are we going to add parking (maybe a garage) to the River area? It's getting tight!

I was just thinking that the main parking lot would be a great site for a mixed use development with a built-in parking garage. I know I've mentioned residential/hotel for this area a lot, but I think that area would really make the area vibrant by (a) adding people and (b) adding "eyes" to make the area safer 24/7. It would be pretty cool, particularly for kayakers, bikers, and runners, to be able to walk out your door and have access to these ameneties.

If I bring my own bike, what is the cost? What all safety gear is required?

Looks like it is $19/hr and helmets/pads are required (provided if you don't have them). It also says it's included in the Adventure Pass.

The picture on the site looks completely different than the one posted here though, so I'm not sure the difference. Was there a temporary track before this was built?

The picture on the site is of the track that's been there for a while, but the page seems to be talking about the new track.

Yeah, the temp track was much smaller.

I love how the reflections in the Devon tower almost make it look transparent.
