I understand that, but, don't you have a fairly large water source... you know, like an ocean or something... for that to work? I don't if Lake Hefner is largely affected enough to generate enough electricity from harnessing the power of the tide!

You are limiting the possibilities by using the term "water" . . .
Think for a moment how large even primitive computers used to be.
They took up entire buildings and were exponentially less powerful than this laptop.
