    Default The NBA Playoffs

Now that OKC has locked up a playoff spot it will be interesting to see if they can catch the Mavs for 3rd place or if we would be better off staying in 4th. It all depends on what the Lakers do.

San Antonio is still the number one team but they are fading fast. Maybe their age is finally catching up with them. They just lost to the TrailBlazers by 8, the night after the TrailBlazers lost to OKC by 9.

The Lakers are 3 games back of San Antonio and might be able to overtake them. San Antonio is 5-5 over the last 10 games while the Lakers are 9-1. OKC is also 9-1 over that time with the lone loss coming by two points.

I would love to see LA and OKC meet in the Western Conference Finals. If LA finishes 1st then OKC needs to finish 3rd. If LA finishes 2nd then OKC needs to finish 4th. Either way I don't think San Antonio gets out of the first round.

I like the Thunder's chances against any team in the Western Conference except the Memphis Grizzlies. They just seem to have our number.

I think the Memphis games would play out differently since the trade

I would hope so, but I'm not so sure. I think they just give us some tough matchups.

I don't care who we play so long as we get the Lakers in the Western Conference Finals.

I want us to finish the regular season with home-court advantage then to win the first round. To show progress from last year. Anything beyond that is gravy.

Kerry, you do know that The Big three for The Spurs havent played in The last four games?Imagine KD,Russ and Serge all out,OKC would drop games fast aswell!

Yep, I know. But do you know why they haven't been playing? They are hurt and tired. The old age is catching up to them.

My guess is the top four survive...OKC loses to the Spurs in game 7 of the 2nd round who then get destroyed by the Lakers

Looks like another lame finals with the Lakers again...Woohoo
