This is the winners according to my friend (He didn't remember the large scale):

The large scale redevelopment winner was Packard/Guardian/Park Place. A bunch of us celebrated by going to The Garage, eating burgers and playing bingo, and noted that we were doing so in an award-winning building.

By the way, that burger/bingo group by itself contained owners/developers/staff associated with:

    • Downtown Oklahoma City, Inc
    • District Manager of Bricktown
    • OU Institute for Quality Communities
    • Better Block
    • Holiday Pop-Ups
    • Wheeler District
    • H&8th
    • Plaza District
    • Tower Theater owners (who also have other various projects)
    • I know I'm forgetting some folks

And that was just a microcosm of the people who attended the actual ULI event. On a per-capita basis and from a local development perspective that was honestly one of the most impressive rooms full of people I've had the good fortune to be in.
