Thread: 104th & I44

    Default 104th & I44

Looks like they are finally doing something with the gas station on the southwest corner. I figured it was only a matter of time before they did something. Anyone know who bought it and what it's going to turn into? I would love an Oncue, but doubt that will happen.

I don't know what it is going to be but I can confirm it is not an OnCue.

No idea what's going in, but the place was sold seemingly a year or so ago, so whatever's going in has presumably required quite a bit of preliminary work. It'd be a great place for something like an OnCue or QT given how that corridor along Portland is going to be developed in the coming years, but guess we'll just have to wait and see

I agree. There is a pretty large area right there, which is perfect for the size of gas station OnCue and QT usually build. Once the stuff finally happens at the airport whoever bought that gas station is going to be glad they did.

Seems like a likely location. I've been wondering about this, myself.

I've also noticed they are doing some dirt work on the east side of I44 a little closer to SW89th. Almost looks like the makings of a little strip mall.

I'll have to find the thread, but I believe the owner of that property has been involved with small office (office park) construction. But no plans were announced for the site you are thinking of.

Yeah it's got a no trespassing sign and also the stuff they put around for erosion control. I would think this would be a good area for development I don't see why someone hasn't jumped on it.
