Thumbs up OKC #2 City In America for Real Estate

Was just watching Good Morning America, and they released lists for top cities for real estate, the list:

Here are the Top 10 Best Places to Buy in 2011 after analyzing those four factors:

    1. Utica, N.Y.
    2. Oklahoma City, Okla.
    3. Rochester, N.Y.
    4. Pittsburgh, Pa.
    5. Tulsa, Okla.
    6. Albany, N.Y.
    7. Lancaster, Pa.
    8. Madison, Wis.
    9. Green Bay, Wis.
    10. Lincoln, Neb.

Good job OKC, and Tulsa as they take #5 spot, that says alot about Oklahoma!

OKC and Tulsa are the only two warmer weather cities on that list.

Green Bay, Utica, and Rochester strike me as a little rust-belt-ish. Could it be a good place to buy a home because so many unemployed people are unloading them?

I'm not complaining on OKC being on a good list. This one is just a little dubious.

One of the factors the list takes into account is unemployment. Nevertheless, I"m a bit dubious about the significance of all these top ten lists.

    I too am doubly dubious.
