SW/C I-35 and Covell

Looks like a convenience store is planned for the southwest corner of I-35 and Covell. While I am sure everyone would prefer a Starbuck's, etc. this use should compliment the new hotel and hopefully will spur additional development.

Nice, I really wish they would build a new mall or a lifestyle center there. It would pick up a lot of traffic from Stillwater and I think Edmond could kind of become what the south end of Moore has with Norman. Hopefully if they build something, it will be an upscale indoor mall or lifestyle center and not a tacky strip mall.

i agree with the new mall statement ether a indoor or a outlet mall would be cool for Edmond also once the east west connector goes in near south Moore north Norman a outlet mall somewhere near there as well

RUMOR among the city offices at one point was Buc-ee's was interested in this area but the land owner wanted an astronomical amount for the property and the Buc-ee's folks were like you're nuts

Still think the most realistic spot for a Buc-ee's will be in the Riverwind area once that interchange is finally updated.
