I work in the building next to this one near Memorial and Hefner Parkway/Portland. It has been vacant for several years since Caliber Home Loans moved out, but there has been renovation/etc. occurring here the past month or so. I wonder who the new tenant is?

Those three buildings as well as the Chilis are all owned by the Medallion Group, which is the developer of Chisholm Creek.

Not sure about the tenants, but it looks like one is taking the 2nd floor and another the ground floor and lower level.
