Hello I was just wanting to know if anybody within the years 2008 to 2012 and that lived in Moore remembered channels 18 and 20 I do know that they were able to be received on Cox but I also remember they used to be receivable on analog to I believe I know channel 18 was for the school district and then channel 20 was for the city government. I was a kid at the time but I remember during the middle of the night when there was nothing else on television I would turn on channel 18 to go to sleep with because it had some calming music that never seemed to stop. other cities may have had these channels as well on the same or similar channels
