Financing fell through a while back. (What was it three years ago?) And the developer declared the project dead if my memory serves me correct.

Anyone know what the property is on the market for?

I heard somewhere (I think) that it's being broken up into small plots of land to be sold. Which will make it harder to develop.

Thats an interesting address because the Spaghetti Warehouse address is 101 E. Sherdian and the Brix restaurant which is right across the street is 27 E. Sheridan. Maybe 29 E. Sheridan is in the middle of the street?
