The Shoppes at Broadway

I was driving past the old Wal-Mart at the intersection of Broadway Extension and 33rd this afternoon and noticed a new sign regarding the Shoppes at Broadway. I tried doing some digging online but came up with nothing. Does anyone have any updated information on this property? I've heard rumors about it for the last year, but would like to see some actual phrasing on it now.

I saw (briefly) the site plan, and it looks like the developer is going to re-facade the whole thing, add a second story on part of the structure and do some landscaping. I am a huge fan of re-using existing/abandoned commercial space, and this looks like a great project. The site plan is available at the Public Works building on N. Littler. (It's the one with the red awning just North of the Council Chambers.)
