The Mont Closing?

I heard from a co-worker that The Mont was bought out by a developer and that it will be replaced with more apartments. Has anyone heard this? If so, have you heard any time frames?

According the the Cleveland County Assessor, the property is owned by the same group that has owned it for years.

Your coworker is WRONG! They are not closing. Crowe still owns it and isn't planning on selling (Unless the wife and I win the lottery and pay him an insane amount of money for it!)
