Low traffic congestion is an asset... but we still need to fix our problems areas and maintain this advantage. I could be wrong..... but I get the feeling that city's and county's in Texas are much more aggressive with their incentive packages than we are at the local levels in Oklahoma in most cases and that its holding our growth rates down?Texas, especially, also has been aggressive in offering incentives for businesses to relocate to the state, the editor said. Cities such as Houston have large cash funds to close deals, which can be difficult for others to counter.
