Judging by the size of their other "regional offices" don't get excited. It is going to be a recptionist, manager, and 7 or 8 maintenance type guys working in an industrial building. Well paying jobs I'm sure but they aren't going to be taking up Class A office space.
something's better than nothing, particularly since downtown doesn't yet have a lot of Class A space.
I'll take all the back offices I can get, even if they are 20-50 person operations.
They add up and serve a segment that OKC lacks but has advantages over other major cities.
