    New Braum’s opening up:

    BLANCHARD, Okla. (KFOR) – A new fast-food restaurant is opening another location in Blanchard.

    Braum’s is opening a new location on Tuesday, Oct. 4 at 1501 E. Veterans Memorial Highway in Blanchard.

    The store features a large Fresh Market, which offers a wide variety of fresh meats, fruits, vegetables, and dairy products.

    Really, are we reaching that far to post about a Braum's being built in Blanchard?

    It’s something to get the thread going. We post about Braum’s all the time in Oklahoma City, so what’s the difference about Blanchard? Plus Blanchard is poised to become the next fast growing suburb in the OKC metro. Hardly an insignificant development.

    Why comment if you don't care? This is clearly labeled as "Blanchard Development" under "Suburban & Other OK Communities" and Blanchard is a small town so really anything new is a significant development for them. It's interesting to see the ever-expanding growth of the OKC metro as it slowly gobbles up these once-outlying communities.

    The same thing happened in the DFW area. You have a number of moderate size cities, which used to be small towns
