Chaparral Energy Employment

I have a friend who may be working there soon and wants to know how they are as a company and how they treat their employees. Does anyone work there or know what benefits and perks they offer?

I know a couple people that work there. While I'm not sure of their benefits they receive I do know Chaparral is a stable company. I've also always heard they have been close to going public, which couldn't be a bad thing if you were an employee at that time.
