I'd like to know as well.

They're building a tunnel car wash [bleh] west of Shields and 44th, southwest of the new OnCue. There's a building going up on the south side of 59th St, east of Walker Avenue. I've been trying to figure out what that will be as well. These are lots that have sat empty for decades; nice to see them finally fill in.

Also, did anyone even see construction of the new Braum's on about SW 70th and Western? That thing showed up overnight I feel like!

Well I can't say that I had held hope for anything better. I was assuming another fast food restaurant... but the area doesn't really lend itself to many uses other than a community retail center for the Southside and Integris. A few big boxes, a few smaller scale stores like CVS, a few banks, a couple of grocery options, and food options. Pretty status quo.
