Thread: OKC Police Dept-A positive experience

Default OKC Police Dept-A positive experience

My homeowners insurance (State Farm) recently contacted me to verify my alarm system was still being monitored and still registered. I was pleasantly susrprised by the service from the Permit/ID division of the OKC Police Dept. I sent an e-mail requesting a fax or e-mail response showing my system was "legal". I received an e-mail response the next morning, with a copy of my account faxed that afternoon.

This may be spreading. Last fall my agent asked me for a copy of my current alarm-monitoring agreement.

In my experience, OCPD's Permit and ID Section has been very responsive to queries.
