Coltrane between 15th and 2nd

I've seen some dirt moving and clearing going on on the east side of Coltrane between 15th and 2nd. Anyone know what's going on?

Resurrecting a dead thread here.

They've cleared a pretty large area here. Still no sign of what's going on or what they're building. Anyone know?

Drive by there regularly and have been wondering what might be going in there. I did see a sign today (very small sign) that says, "Creek Bend Plaza". I'm not sure what that means but I fear it'll be another strip mall concept with a nail salon; tanning shop and donuts to go type of place. I get sooooo weary of seeing the 99:9% of the strip malls all looking the same. Oh well.....

Yeah, I was afraid of it being a strip mall too. Hopefully it's run better than that poor excuse on 2nd street just west of I-35 with the On Fleek salon.
