Dirt work near SW 34th & Santa Fe

I'm not having any luck identifying the owner via the county Assessors office website. Anyone know what's being built? Area marked with Red box.

No idea what is going there, but the property was purchased November 1st, 2021 by Wal Family Operations, LLC which is registered to Waco and Annette Lane. Deed shows that Wal Family Operations, LLC paid $547,500 for the land and the mortgage was a $4,797,300 SBA loan. The assessor's site doesn't show the property because the vacant corner was platted as Oak Ridge Crossings North in October and the assessor hasn't caught up yet.

That is a different location near SW 134th & Santa Fe in OKC.

This location is near SW 34th & Santa Fe in Moore. Since I started this thread, there has been a sign erected identifying the site a the location for a new Goddard School for early childhood development.

There is a commercial development plus a neighborhood going in on the NE corner. The school/daycare are first, not sure the timeline on the surrounding neighborhood.
