They're tearing down this old, mid century, one story office building on SW 44th just west of MacArthur. I think this used to be an oil field company. Anyone know if they're just clearing the lot or getting ready to build something new?

6000 S.W. 44 about right? I saw a demolish permit but not a building permit.
