They're done with Phase 1 now. Phase 2 is the digging the pass for Covell to go under the BNSF rail line like 2nd st. Does anyone know when Phase 2 is supposed to start?

Thanks for that. On there is says the project is slated to start in Fall of 07. Looks like they're getting behind.
