    I don't think Target will be opening, as they haven't even started building it. And depending on which source you're listening to, it's not even certain that the developer of that project has Target as a tenant. However, it seems almost certain that Bestbuy will open within a few months; they've done a lot of work at that site.

    Target does NOT release their planned opening info. They do this because of Walmart. Developer is not allowed to disclose info.
