Anyone remember a painting in the old stockyards coliseum?

My great uncle recently told us a story we'd never heard before. He said a portrait of my grandfather, which was painted by Nan Sheets circa 1950, hung in the old stockyards coliseum for years. He also said that in the painting my grandfather "was not even wearing his socks." (Blushing. Blushing.)

Does anyone remember this?

Kelly Tee: Never was in the stockyards colisum, just in the offices. I hope those buildings still exist. I've lived outside Okla. for years. I was a young adult when I was in those buildings, but I was very impressed.
