Interior painter

I am in need of good interior painter for some rental properties and my own home. I would appreciate some recommendations from my friends here, thanks.

I've used West Painting on two houses now (exterior only) with excellent results. They are pricey, but they do the kind of prep work that ensures the paint job will last. They do interiors as well. My guess is that you probably wouldn't want to spend that kind of $$$ on rental properties, but you might want to check them out for your own home. West Painting Inc.
