Dirt work on SW corner of 10th and Czech Hall

I noticed a few days ago that there was some dirt getting moved around again on the south east corner of 10th Street and Czech Hall across from On Cue. Wondering if there are any building permits that would shed light on anything going there? Anyone have any insight or knowledge about this?
