Hadn't seen anyone post about this previously but after Chesapeake bought their old buildings on I-44 & Shartel, the Central Oklahoma Home Buildings built a new complex on the south side of Britton Road just east of the Broadway Extension. Looks like it just opened in May.

They also created a big new event center to replace the old Regal Room at the previous location.

This all looks quite high-end and the event center also has an outdoor courtyard that faces a pond (named Le Chateau Grand Event Center):
