    Default Something going on near Lake Hefner

    Went jogging out by the lake with my wife again and noticed some dirt movement on the east side of the access road that runs next to Lake Hefner directly across the street from Louie's. Looks like part of it might be a parking lot and I am not sure about the other area. Any clue?
