Does anybody know what is going in at the SW corner of Rockwell and Memorial next to Farmers?
wow, looks like they are roping off a much larger area than that? Looks like the development is going all the way to Farmers? IDK Thank you Pete!
Any word on what’s going on the opposite side of the turnpike? I had heard Walmart but there’s a small building going up front now
Welcome to OKCTalk!
The plan is for a large commercial development called Deercrest Marketplace. Walmart has purchased the property in the middle for a super center, however, they have yet to move forward.
Here is the thread on this project: https://www.okctalk.com/showthread.php?t=37611
Taco Casa just filed a building permit for this parcel (SW corner of Rockwell & Memorial) alongside Chick-Fil-A.
What is the 4 story building under construction just to the west of the WEOKIE buildings?
^Chickasaw Community Bank
This is how Chick-Fil-A will be situated at this intersection; the Kilpatrick frontage road / Memorial Road is just to the north.
I believe Taco Casa will be directly south.
Foundation for Chick-Fil-A has been poured. Directly south work has started on Taco Casa:
I don’t think any work has started for taco casa
Just Chick-fil-A and their parking lot.
The lot south across road from Chick-fil-A has had no activity
Holy Parking Batman!!
Is this going to (eventually) serve another restaurant or portion of development? 80 parking spots for Chick-fil-a and if that's ever full they're probably starting to serve beer and chicken wings on Sundays in the fall.
That last row of parking cornering right at the drive thru entrance seems like a bad idea and a recipe for some disagreements about who is next in line.
Looks normal to me.
The building for the Chick-fil-a is already bricked and close to ready.
Anyone know what’s going in between the Taco Bell and Starbucks (I think it’s a Starbucks!). East side of Rockwell, north of memorial.
