Activity SW corner NE 63rd/Grand

Hey all, just curious about the clearing going on west of Grand and NE 63rd. Kinda interesting to see that old mostly-underground house adjacent/south edge of 63rd embankment have in innards exposed.

I'm curious too. I drive by there every day and they've been clearing it at a pretty fast pace. I asked the OKCTalks Facebook page and they said it recently changed owners but no permit applications have been submitted.
